Business Development Executive (INDIA)

Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with existing client relationships and a proven track record of success in selling IT Staffing Services. Your mission is to strategically identify potential clients who regularly utilize contract and/or contract-to-hire IT Staff augmentation services. You will be responsible for identifying new accounts, cultivating existing accounts, and continuously networking to enhance Novateur’s reach in the IT Staffing market.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
  • 5+ years of recent IT Staffing/Consulting Services Business Development
  • Successfully sold IT Staffing Services in excess of 1-3 crores in Gross Revenue Annually
  • Highly networked with strong social media presence
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Web-based graphical user interfaces
  • High degree of diligence and accountability
  • Competitive drive, negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills in consultative settings, including experience with C-Level Executives and Business Owners
  • Ability to travel

Job Summary: The IT/Technical Recruiter is responsible for high-level position matching through in-depth analysis of job skills and qualifications to determine which candidates to source, interview and hire.

Role Description:

  • Should be willing to work in US timings (9:00pm to 6:00am IST)
  • Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.
  • Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirement.
  • Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
  • Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
  • Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
  • Must have good attitude and should show commitment towards the given responsibilities.
     

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Must have strong 3-5 year of end-to-end US IT recruitment / Technical staffing experience is required on C2C & W2
  • Freshers can also apply for this position
  • Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)
  • Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills. Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts. Qualified candidate should have understanding of US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions)
  • Must be good team player and should be capable to interact with the team members on a regular basis.
  • Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (Like W2, 1099 and corp2corp)
  • Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills. Experience in sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, internal applicants, job boards etc.
  • Ability to successfully work on multiple client/preferred vendor requirements/requisitions at any given time.
Bench Sales Recruiter :
  • Experience with full cycle of Bench Sales Recruiting.
  • Maintain and build relationship with End Clients and Prime Vendors.
  • Should be hardworking, self-motivated, diligent and be able to multi-task.
  • Should be able to handle multiple submissions for several consultants on a daily basis.
  • Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills. Build the Vendor list.
